I’ve bought and sold houses in the past, but John and his team really opened my eyes with regards to what a good agent is.  Straight talking, knowledgeable and down to earth, every single one of the team in the office worked very effectively together in selling my house... and boy did they sell it.  John talked through the marketing strategy which was better thought through than all the other agents and was far more accurate in the pricing than them too.  Not only that, with the way his team worked together they managed to achieve 6.5% above the asking price.  Going with the cheapest agent is a false economy.  As a buyer, you need to go with someone who’s straight talking and has a team which is genuinely working well for you... not a typical agent who is all talk and no trousers.  Saving 0.25% up front on fees may cost you a lot more in not maximising your sale price... in my case they made me an extra 6.5%

This is a long established independent company and it shows in the quality information, expertise and communication skills of the staff. Knowing the local market achieved a realistic but not disappointing price and marketing skills meant an good offer was made and accepted within a short space of time. The agent went far beyond the extra mile when there was a delay in exchange of contracts caused by what I can only imagine was an inefficient, disorganised and uncommunicative firm of solicitors. The advice, persistent help and calm and supportive manner made what turned into a very stressful period as bearable as it possibly could. All in all I would strongly recommend all aspects of the agent's service.
